If the case is filed with MCOL and stayed by northampton, do we send the application to remove the stay go back to northampton?

HI I always thought the loan cover was insurance for if you lost you job or was made ill and couldnt pay for whatever reason, however 150 is a hell of a lot for an insurance plan on a loan.

The importance of T&Cs depends on the judge in the court when you go. 2 cases have been lost because claimants have not been able to produce them, on the other hand millions have won without them. So it is advisable to have them if you can just in case you need them on the day. Hope this helps.

Have recieved the acnknowledgement of service here dated 15th, still waiting for defence, then the next step is the AQ or if its been (cant think of correct term) but if its been left out then we submit a draft order for directions with the AQ fee of £100 if the claim is for more than 1500. There is so much info on these links ,it is difficult to take it all in, is there any thing else I need to type up (have tried to simply download, but it copies the site connection ,not the itemi want to copy). At what point do I send the order off, after recieving what document from whom? I am completely confused by all the different orders.

HI I would writw them a letter, stating that you have previously replied to a settlement offer giving them the date of the offer, and that if payment is not recieved within 7 days you will proceed to court. keep 3 copies for you and the court bundles. If you dont get a response continue on to the courts.

Hello again, I have sent 2 copies of schedule to court, but not to scm as have not recieved acknowledgement yet. When I do send to scm shall i do a new set of charges using the advance spreadsheet to remove some of the od interest, and replace it with appropriate amount?

Hi and Good luck with the claim, you will find all Lloyds contact addresses in a Sticky called Lloyds Tsb contact info, (sorry am useless with comps and dont no how to send links yet) the bank should send your letter on to the right place for you now, but it might be easier to send direct next time. have filed recieved notice of issue, waiting for acknoeledgement, set for 23/06/07 am on hols 30/06-15/07 am thinking that i should prepare now for anythng that i might be asked for/eventuallities that i can post prior to or immediately on return of hols. any Ideas/suggestions that i can get ready for now?

how do you work out which od interest is directly linked to charges anyway?

Ive been charging what has been on my statements because most of my statements from Lloyds are are just a list of charges anyway and you cant tell which relate and which dont . So what do I do now?

I have just noticed that on my charges sheet , I have typed in some OD interest twice, the amount i have typed in twice is 3.13+0.91 interest =4.04 do I ignore it or do i nsend a note to the court?
