  1. IV won on two accounts in the past week and they havent closed either apart from tell me if I dont towe the line then they will.set up a new one just incase.
  2. can i ask how you have managed to put in a claim for post 6 years if you dont have the statements? or did you?
  3. On another note. sorry is there another interest calculator that you know of? the one I used last time on Martin Lewis site keeps crashing. cant see one in our templates but if you know of one could someone be a real sweetie and send me a thread. skeggsy
  4. Thanks Muggins, we have decided to leave off the overdraft interest then and play safe with the charges and overdraft usage fees, and go for the 8%, comfortable with that as done it b4 with Nationwide. thanks for advise and you are very brave and obviously very wise to be going for the ci rate. skeggsy
  5. MUGGINS, do we charge 8% on the two amounts the excessive charges and the overdraft interest as per the calculator on martin lewis site or just on the charges? we are not claiming contractual interest want to play it safe. ?
  6. Whats happening with those of you who havent had your statements are you going straight to LBA with a guessed amount? (how can this work with the 8% interest as you wouldnt have a breakdown of charges) Im at the same stage over 40 days. can we stick together on this one. skeggsy x
  7. Im having trouble this time getting my statements its gone past 40 days, any suggestions? skeggsy v nationwide2
  8. Hya just starting out with my LBA to LLOYDS after receiving a nice breakdown of the charges they have taken over 6 years (much easier than my prev claim with Nationwide) but confused as to whether should charge for the overdraft interest incurred. did you? skeggsy v lloyds.
  9. did you reclaim the over draft interest that was showing on your statements? skeggsy
  10. did you charge for overdraft interest from the statements guys? skeggsy
  11. not yet but i plan to.. how much do you think per letter per hour?
  12. I only know what Bf has put on the new posts with templates, it seems there is no risk, when I start it I will post new thread seems no one has done it yet. Im goinna charge 12.00 a letter just like they do
  13. just another observation, they are not sending statements within 40 days now! if you have more than one account with them one cheque covers all, ask for info on all the accounts so you dont have to wait next time, you can do your claims one at a time. they are being very underhand beware.
  14. I posted everything to the address at Swindon which is on the cheque books and their correspondance in the past. personally I posted everything recorded delivery but I have seen others send special next day delivery (this is costly and I would save it for the really important letters when you are batting back and forth just b4 court) skeggsy
  15. tnx, Iv been through their figures and going to accept their breakdown, as it was my first case it was a little messy and I didnt understand the logistics of how they play their game. i really need this spreadsheet to make sure i do things right next time. Problem I have now is I have two more accounts which I have requested statements on and they havent replied within the 40 day period, now I have to find a way to enforce the threat that the standard templates make to data controller
  16. did u win your wasted costs.... how much did u charge per letter pse
  17. milk tray man have you gone for wasted costs yet? we could do with a leader to follow
  18. actually listen to milk try man as above you mustn ring.take a look at my threads if u like just won 2nd case with nationwide last week. skeggsy v nationwide
  19. i wouldnt do that i think that weakens your case and makes them think ur desperate. they will pay up just wait those last few days its usually the day b4 the day 28 they pay up. mr bacon is the man to e mail, send him a gentle reminder by re sending him ur statement of charges again.copy everything to the court via rd
  20. BUT HAS ANYONE ACTUALLY ATTEMPTED TO GET MORE THAN 6 YEARS? not finding a lot of info on this and definately not getting anywhere with getting my statements, maybe I should just fire offa fictious figure and see if they defend? BF?
  21. thanks darling havent gotta clue who jenny is must be going bonkers soz. No havent signed anything to say wont go back further than 6 years but dont see how can do it if I cant get the statments, Unless I make up a fictiscious guess based on the past 6 years and let them defend it. wodu reckon?... anyone?
  22. also does anyone know where you stand if you want to claim on someone elses behalf is there some special letters you need to get signed up as their representative and Im assuming you dont have to be a solicitor as the money online form has a box for a representative.
  23. Hi Iv won on Nationwide. Now doing my partners bank Lloyds. his statements have arrived but would like to do it right this time and cant find a link for a template for the LBA breakdown of all the charges. Can someone pse pse help me cant find it on the templates and have been asking for one for a while on the Nationwide forum without success. has any LLoydies gone back further than 6 years successfully? skeggza.
  24. oh and they have also gone over their 40 days for a sar request and have banked the cheque, rung the financial ombudsman but they said they cananot help as they dont offer legal advise, what do I do? pse skeggsy
  25. Nationwide have defending my claim and said they have paid me back the total money. But.... they have put the money in small amounts in 3 different accounts I hold with them, one of them a joint. surely they cant do this as the claim in question relates to one specific account, would this invalidate the money they have put back and allow me to take it to court stage. N9 is here waiting for me to say if I agree or disagree but Im reluctant to proceed when i think I may have in any case overcharged them for the 6 year period on this account by looking at the statements and the notice of charge. (when i did this claim couldnt find a template for the bank statements, if anyone can locate it pse tell me as cant find in the templates and want to get the next two right) if we were looking back further than 6 years then they would most definately owe me loads more but that wasnt my original request so i think I may have to do that separately? I dont want to go to court only to upset the judge cos Nationwide can prove that the figures I submitted are wrong and then I end up paying their costs but Im mighty naffed off. I also want to charge wasted time charges does this also incorporate special delivery letters? I know this is lengthy but I really need guidance on this. skeggza
