  6. Why would you loose in court? I think your friends are scaring you. The only reason it would get struck out would be if you didnt follow the tried and tested method on here. If they already offered you the full amount you are claiming then accept it, no need to go on! Oh and this one just because it will give you the inspiration toclaim again from other banks!! http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/natwest-bank/81964-nat-west-owe-me.html Good Luck

  8. Questions do make sense and have posed more questions in my mind. Will think about it and get back to you.
  9. Quick questions, You said the cashed the cheque and the bankers draft. What bankers draft? (was this for the outstanding payments?) Did you send the SAR? If you did, did you send it recorded delivery? If not was it a £10 cheque you sent and when did they cash it? If it was the SAR you sent with a £10 cheque then they are being very naughty. They have to send you the information they have on you within 40 days. Complain to the information commisioner Read this thread for more info on DPA non compliance: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/6986-data-protection-act-non.html When they said it would only be a matter of time before they took your house did they say this in writing? This seems like threatening behaviour to me. As you are now upto date with your arrears they will find it hard to find cause to take you to court. If they try this let us know, I know a few users on here who will be more than willing to help you. In this area.
