i'm preparing my next letter giving fourteen days before court and i notice in the letter it refers to schedule of charges.

Does this mean i have to send in my copy bank statements with this letter?

Hi Dizzy,

No, you just include a list of the charges they have applied which you are claiming for. Include the charge, the description of the charge and the date it was applied. If you completed the spreadsheet to work out the total then you could just print that (but omit the interest column for now).

No, I don't think it's a change in tactics; I think it's simply based upon the amount; they won't spend dozens of man-hours trying to recover £150... but if it was £4987 they might expend a bit more effort!
