Hi All,

I have decided to put my draft letter on hold and take one step at a time after reading everyone advice, but instead of just going after MBNA I'm going after the lot.. Sending first letter by recorded delivery + £1 postal order - requesting copies of original agreements to all credit card creditors. I will keep you informed.

P.S. I have had NO telephone calls or letters since week gone friday, when I told MNBA that I couldn't do anything more and I would just have to see them it court, which was also the day I started this thread. CALM BEFORE THE STORM? It's strange but I think it's even more un-nerving.

Spoke to soon, received 4 letters today, another 2 default notices and another 2 asking me to increase my payments. Shame! I thought they were going to be reasonable. LOL. Decided not to reply to them yet - they can wait until I have a reply to my request for copy of agreements.:)
