Hello everybody, won my first victory last week for non-compliance with the DPA. Now I am about to issue a claim for my charges but does it matter if I file it in a county or magistrate court? I need to do this tomorrow so any advice appreciated.

Also, I was meant to have filed the claim on the 17th (as per LBA letter), but due to unforeseen work commitments, I won't be able to until next Tuesday (29/05). Is this likely to cause any problems?

No SD,

You can do it in you own timescales I left my MCOL for Nearly a month

Do it as soon as you can - the sooner you file the MCOL the sooner you get reunited with lots of your long lost friends £ £ £ £
