Hi Jon, Well done so far, if you have filed the MCOL you should have sent of the relevant copies to the court, you should also send copies to DG ever 14 Days DG will probably put in a Defence noting to worry about. this is the boring part just read plenty on the site so you are upto speed on what's happening Oyster

You've already demonstrated that you've attempted to sort is out reasonably so whatever happens next is on their own heads. I would strongly recommend you read through this a couple of times it is step by step you will have all the information to hand this has to the easiest bit so far in the process just follow the instructions, then relish in the fact that you have rolled your sleeves up and about to get stuck in to them. Mich this is what i did but it depends on your circumstances the way look at it though would have never seen the money again but i did + the 40% on a settlement offer I made to MSC. so to me it was like full payment Plus 40% bonus

Exactly as lattie says. Just keep sending them a nudge evey couple of weeks I have a confession.... I got board sending then on plain white paper Started printing them off on bright ORANGE paper I thought I would add a little colour to their office.... You never know if they scan the Docs in the their Scanner might have had problem and kept it to the to an make an offer to get rid of it from their Pile .....
