Hi Everyone

A little worried. I successfully reclaimed my bank charges from Halifax fairly easily. I got to the stage of going to MCOL.

However Shabby are being far more stubborn. The case has been forwarded now to my local court and I have a court date 29 June (aaaaaaaaaaa)!!!

I have been asked to file and serve witness statements with copies of all relevant documents by the 15th June. Anyone got any ideas of what I should prepare??? I have a copy of a Witness statement and obviously all the letter and such like I have sent and received.

Has anyone else had this, Abbey even sent me a copy of their defence which they sent to the court!!!

This seems a lot scarier.

Any advice would be hugely appreciated.

Zoe

Hi Zoe,

Have a look at these links, they should help. I served my witness statement on them & although I'd done the Court bundle they settled my claim before I sent it!
