What's this about bundle needing to be in - can't see mention of this before.

 

If you've had Court Directions, please post them here - you may need to get your bundle in on time if BC don't settle before.

it says on the form

"each party must provide its documents and written evidence(including a copy of any statement of case relied on) in a single bound paginated bundle clearly marked on the front with the case number and names of the parties."

and with the bank case these had to be handed in 14 days b4 the hearing so i presume that its the same here??

Hi Archer,

 

The Directions should say clearly when the evidence for your claim (Bundle) has to be filed and served (to court and bank respectively).

 

Have you got your bundle ready to go to if required.

 

You're at risk of having your claim struck out for non-compliance because, effectively, you will have failed to submit the evidence to back up your claim.

ill phone them tomorrow at court and ask when its due in it didnt say on my bank claim either i had to call

Your quote from the Court Directions in post #33 above says your Court Bundle IS required.

 

I assume you've done a Bundle before or have it mostly ready. Otherwise wouldn't you be panicking a bit more.

 

Let us know what court says.

well how interesting,i "might" have received a letter of offer today but im not allowed to say if i have or not.........

and slick i still have a bundle from another claim so it wouldnt take much to add a bit and take a bit away so no im not panicking .I did panic when i did my first one though!!!
