Is this true as they still send me letters now last one dated 3rd may 2007,and i would love to respond with a legal answer to them.also do you have a contact number for the Supervisor Of Solicitors

I have just emailed Bryan Carter for their current status,if they are no longer trading i will inform the courts and take a case against them.

I have received no response from Bryan Carter & Co via email as to whether they are still trading under this name.

I agree,i pointed this out to our mutual friend who has responded that any future letters will be under their new title.

so as i have received a warrant of execution dated 30th april 07,plaintiff name bryan carter i wont pay a penny.

I have just spoken to Consumer Direct regarding Mr Carter still using Bryan Carter &Co letterheads when he has siezed trading under that company name,they have given me a case reference number and a direct line to the Law Society.

HA HA HA HE HE HE, I got four of them, and with the powers invested in me they will have the lot. .

Letters copied placed in an envelope ready to post,and the nice lady at the law society even gave me their address.

Just phoned again and spoke to a "pleasent" (faints), young lady who told me even though my OH paid the CCJ on the 15th of the month, it was due on the 17th of the month and arrived on the 21st of the month. He paid it by electronic transfer - not 7 days to clear! Still she gave me the address to send my evidence to at Persimmon House in Weybridge - same address they had 2 years ago and they answer the phone as "Bryan Carter and Co".

 

 

And what month did you pay it to them,if after february the 28th wouldn't you be paying it to a company that no longer exists

I sent 2X£1 postal order's to these for CCA on the 8th of may recorded delivery they have been signed for, so just a waiting game now to see if they are cashed:D

yes they were made out to them so i'm now waiting to see if they are cashed and if they are i will go all the way.that's when i require loads of legal advice:)

The law society has emailed me and stated that Mr Carter is entitled to persue any existing debts i.e CCJ debts even though the company has seized trading.

I have emailed them back asking if he is still entitled to cash my postal orders in regards to request for CCA'S which they received on the 9th may made out to Bryan Carter &Co they have not responded.

ODC if Mr Carter Has cashed my postal orders under the name of Bryan Carter & Co then this will prove that he IS still trading under that name.

Many of us have phoned them and they still answer the phone under the name of Bryan Carter & Co, so by that you can take it that they are still trading.

Yes they told me the same,but the Law Society did also tell me that if Mr Carter cashes my postal order's i WOULD benefit by talking to one of their advisers

FINAL NOTICE

 

Dear Sir/madam (it's god to you)

 

RE: our client

outstanding balance £0.00 (not really but that's what he's getting)

 

You have failed to repay this debt,which is seriously overdue(so is your letterheads in being changed t _ _ser)

 

Court proceedings will be issued on 27th march 2007 (i dont think so you aint no longer trading)without futher notice to you (nothing new there then) if payment is not received at our office before the above mentioned date.(ah so you do mention some things,and would that be the office you seased trading at on the 28th february ??)

 

Court costs and interest will be added to your debt(not as much interest as is going to be shown in you) if it is neccessary to go to court and therefore the outstanding debt will increase(ah i understand just like the hole you are digging ,thats increasing all the time)

 

You must make payment before the 27th march 2007 if you wish to avoid this matter going to court(and you should stop your naughty ways if you want to prevent big dave widening your a _ _e hole from the size of a twenty pence piece to a fifty pence piece in his nice little room with a metal door)

 

Payments can be accepted by debit cards (or in your case deceit cards) and in some instances credit card. please call us on telephone number 0870 112 5132(of course i will call you what would you like to be called , thief,to_ _er etc etc)
