is there a list of cases thats been tranfered to the mercantile court, and if so where is it???

alternatively, if your've had your case transfered is there any chance you'd pm me your case number please.

i'm in court for C/I and one charge they seem to have forgotten about, i think they'll try to either agree right at the start to pay this charge back, or they've got some way of proving that i've made a mistake somewhere [don't think i have]. if they manage to take the charge out of the equation then i'll have a hard time proving my rights to C/I.

I hoping to prove to the judge that the banks are avoiding the issue of weather or not charges are lawful, by proving that they've had the chance to prove it, in a court that could set president, but have always settled before, then hopefully the judge will see that the banks have no confidence in the lawfulness of their charges, and in my case they paid back all the charges solely with the intention of leaving me with a claim thats virtually unwinable, and that they did this knowing my finanial situation, by way of my account with them, and it's lack funds, just before christmas, that I would almost HAVE TO accept their offer. by the way my court dates next week 2/5/07. but the defence hasn't supplied me with any docs yet.

cheers;-)

Is this going to a Mercantile hearing? If so, where?

No, if you need help on your thread, and it isn't answered within say 24 hours you could perhaps PM a link to a moderator or site helper and ask them to look at it.
