Hi there,

You'd actually get a lot more "views" and help if you start your own thread in the Barclays section of the forum. I don't mean to pass the buck here, but you'd be much better off with your fellow Barclays claimers, where you should get help applicable to your bank rather than A&L.icon7.gif

Mimi,

Sorry to go OT, but have you got a link to the 3 page Aussie summary by any chance?

Thanks:)

If anyone wants any help with the bundle, let me know and I can email you my (pretty extensive!) index and maybe some reports you may have trouble finding. Another point, if anyone wants to include the Australian Penalty Report (90 pages long!), but is loathe to print it or has problems with the printing (as I did:rolleyes:), I've found a 3 page summary, which apparently will more than suffice.

Hi Mimi

Thank you so much for all the tips in your posts, would it be possible for you to send me details of your court bundle, so I can get ideas for mine should I need to do one?

Many thanks

Katie

Great, thanks.

Gary, having a mild panic attack re. the judge's order ... have sent you an email. Would be really grateful if you'd take a look.

Cheers,

Hi all,

I had some niggling doubts about the Judge's Order last night and so re-read it. After his directions for the claimant, it then read that the defendant would thereafter submit ... blah, blah, blah and I took this to mean after the date the order was served, not after the 21 days of submission were up for the claimant:rolleyes:

Anyway, thanks to Gary for putting me straight. Done nothing wrong, just have to wait for another 21 days while the bundle's scrutinisedicon9.gif Does this never end:confused:(Think my head's becoming seriously scrambled with all this!).

Thanks allicon7.gif Broke the news to my sister last night that we have nearly another 3 weeks to wait:rolleyes: I'm trying to convince her that we have a strong case as they'll have difficulty putting in a defence. Think she's just grateful though that I've taken it all off her hands to date.
