Hi, just a quick question.

I had a lloyds tsb account which is now closed and I want to reclaim my charges back, but I still have a lloyds mastercard no longer in use but with an outstanding balance which I am making regular monthly payments on. Can I still reclaim my charges or will they take me to court for the balance on my mastercard?

Hope someone can help me.:???:

They probably will use it to counterclaim against you but If you are paying a reasonable amount they will not want tha judje to award them £1 a week.

I would say go for it but be prepared

You may think that but . . ......
