First of all, Hello, i'm emma live in peterborough, and i am loving this site 8) 8) 8)

 

I hae been charged no where near anything like some of you have it comes to a total of £222.21 with the 8% interest. Still its my money and i want it back lol.

 

I phoned lloyds today, and didnt really get very far with them, they said no more charges will be removed.

 

what should i do now?

 

i have been given the name of martin vanderberg at the gresham street address? should i send the template letter to him?

Perhaps just begin your written correspondence by either emailing them at contact.us@lloydstsb.co.uk or letter to your branch. You can find a template to use in the Library section.
