They're trying to intimidate you. It's all tactical. It's a game to see who blinks first. Take comfort in the fact that they've settled claims before now when people have stood their ground. Why would they pay up to so many people if they are so sure their defence would stand up in Court? Just tell them you'll see them in Court and I guarantee you'll get a letter of settlement. Lotta

Just a quick message for the Lloyds team. I'm glad the truth about your charges finally came out. I'm glad the worm has finally turned and I'm glad that this site is here to help people to claim back what is rightfully theirs. Thank you for giving back my money which you took when I was at a very low point in my life knowing full well the circumstances. I don't suppose you can now give back the engagement ring that I had to pawn and lost in order to try to pay your snowballing charges? Thought not. Lotta

Second claim settled today Lotta

Another quick update to let you know that they still haven't paid up the second claim despite sending a letter almost two weeks ago stating they would settle. I haven't had a reply yet to my letter sent at the start of the week asking when they intend to pay either. Tomorrow is the deadline for their defence. Should I still file the judgement even though they've agreed to settle? What do you think I should do now? Lotta
