Got my first "get lost" letter from them. Actually, to be fair, it was nice and polite, asking for up to 8 weeks to look into the matter. Seeing as the amount is only £285, and that it took me, with MANUAL intervention, just two hours, I can't see how they can justify the time scale, but then again, we all know its just delaying tactics.

 

I shall be posting them the second letter on the 31st and they can decide what they want to do with that!

 

I'm lovin' it! - (as Micky Ds would say!)

 

 

For the record, this is a business account (limited company). I do have a feeling that they will want to close the account, as they offer free banking for life, which is fairly unique (correct me if I'm wrong) for business banking. They will of course screw me senseless should I go overdrawn etc, but that's to be expected.
