same thing basically but the mcol is online-you need to fill it in then pay online for your court fees-wont accept electron payment-if you use mcol you need to then post your charges list to nottingham seperately.

if you use n1 instead you can either download it from the templates on here or collect one from your court-it then needs to be completed, copied and then sent or taken to your court with the fee-i went to our court last week for a n1 form-it comes in a pack with guidelines for completion but there are loads of threads on here to advise how to complete it

Thanks Princess

need help regarding the 8% interest, right i've done the calculations for charges without the 8% which I already send the bank, now when I put in the same charges in the spreasheet to add the 8% and it shows "number of days" what do I put in there? because when you change the days the 8% interest also changes! I don't want to make a mistake when I send it to mcol.

hi-when you fill in your spreadsheet it should automatically fill in the number of days column based on the day you do it-you shouldnt have to touch that column

received another letter from the co-op today (9th June)

I refer to my previous letter, unfortunately, we are still require more time to fully investigate your request. I would like to reassure you that we are still looking into your complaint within FSA guidelines. (and that they will be in touch within the next 4 weeks!

they said within 4 weeks when I received their first letter basically exactly the same as this one and I received that 10th may.
