Hi calm1. My records are in secure storage (smells like something to me) and will take up to 72 hours to retrieve. So in answer to your question, not very well. Have a feeling they'll start taking otice of me soon though!!!

I must be honest, the fact that this is back on has really perked me up - winding up petition - what fun!!!!!:D

I am sorry that you have had to go through this, but b***** me, it is so interesting.;)

72 hours - my a***

I guess I will have to wait a bit longer for my new bell.:(

I have just started a claim for a friend - she'll be peeved by what has happened today.

I'll bet you are chuffed to know you will get yours, whatever - I do feel for those in the pipeline (but very pleased for you). Can I come to the bank when they wind the B******* up please?

Don't worry. I have a bell here for you already. Every one comes with a free ring ding!!! And yes, you can be there when I wind them up:)

Trust me, The highlights are more interesting than the reality. Look here for the sleep inducing stuff Dealing with Debt - How to Wind up a Company that owes you Money

I really am starting to wonder if I will get my money. It's like being on an escalator that goes into reverse just as you're stepping off. I know they have to pay in the end but this has been going on since christmas! Every time I think about it I'm reminded of a terrible DOLLAR song!

You are close now, very close. They can raise no defence and this next bit is going to be fun...

iGroup (GE Money) - AoS Filed late, defence late, amended defence also late despite extra time requested and granted.

Vanquis - Claim issued, no AoS or Defence received

Lets hope I don't dissapoint anyone then. A bit aprehensive but looking forward to it all. By the time they've got my info out of the vault I may have left them a letter on a radiator (cos you can do that apparently:) )

Pen, Dollar song was "never ending story" but "I'm still waiting" also works.:) Maybe a thread in the bear garden should be "songs that remind you of your bank charges claim" and could include such gems as........

One hand in my pocket - Alanis Morissette

Took out a loan - Black Rebel Motorcycle Club

Wages Day - Deacon Blue

and my personal favourite.......

Money for Nothing - Dire Straits

Morning all

They have finally settled. Paid the money into my account by bank transfer last wednesday, just been too busy to post on here. Thanks to everyone who helped out over the last few days, particularly Hagen. And thanks to CAG for all the support and advice. I'm off to donate now cos I know they can't bounce a bank transfer (or can they?)

Congrats!! (again!):D

I still think you should make a noise about this - to the press, etc. The way they have acted is shocking beyond belief, even by their standards!
