Hi, just been checking my statements from MBNA,I knew I had charges added for the last 2 months but wait for it they have charged me 25.00 for an overlimit fee of 0.7p and another for 13.00,I could not believe this. I have got the first letter ready to send or should I just ring them first. I've read on here that you only get though to a call centre. I was going to email Michael Rhodes with the first prelim letter (now not sure) any ideas anyone:?

Never discuss stuff like this over the phone; you just get into a pointless circular discussion. Send the preliminary approach for payment letter to the bank's head office without a name... they'll decide who it goes to. Send it by post too - recorded delivery. Then you get proof of delivery.
