Can anyone provide some urgent help? I want to submit my moneyclaim form today, but need to recalculate my figures. I know somewhere on here there was a thread that showed you how to calculate your figures on the form and I can't find it! Can anyone provide the link or tell me how I calculate it?

Many thanks.

Thanks, but I've already done the spreadsheets. When I first completed my form there was some guidelines on here about filling out the moneyclaim form and how you calculate the amount you are claiming. I just can't find it and I need confirmation before I can submit it. :(

I've found what I'm looking for:

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/34887-5-money-claim-line.html?highlight=completing+moneyclaim+form

Have been able to complete my form.8-)

Before I submit it, can anyone tell me whether I need to send anything to my bank? Or do I just send a copy of the schedule of charges to the court? Should these be sent by recorded delivery?

Send 2 copies of your schedule of charges, clearly marked with your claim no. + a brief covering letter asking for them to be filed with your claim to:

The Court Manager,

Money Claim Online

Northampton County Court

21-27 St. Katharine's Street

Northampton

NN1 2LH

Dear Sir/Madam

(Your Name) –v- (Bank)

Claim No: ********

Date Issued: xx/xx/xx

Please find enclosed a schedule of penalty charges taken from me by the defendant, along with interest claimed at the annual rate of 8% pursuant to section 69 of the County Court Act. The interest in addition to the amount in charges equates to the total amount of my claim, namely £(AMOUNT).

I respectfully request that the enclosed schedule should be attached to the particulars of my claim.

Yours sincerely,

Wait until you receive the Notice of Acknowledgement (not the Notice of Issue) from the court and then send a copy to the bank’s solicitors, since they are the ones who will now be dealing with your claim

Dear Sir,

(Your Name) -v- (Bank)

Claim No: ********

Date Issued: xx/xx/xx

Please find enclosed a copy of my schedule of charges relating to the above claim.

Yours sincerely,

Mega urgent help please!!!!

I was unable to complete my process through moneyclaim because they don't accept my debit card  .

I have just completed hard copies of the N1 claim form. Please can you confirm what needs to be sent with this as I wish to get it posted by recorded delivery today to my local court. Is it 2 copies of everything, as per the moneyclaim form?

Sorry for sounding at thick as mince, but I'm just so paranoid I'll get it all wrong and be laughed out of court....:( Do I send the three copies of everything to the court, or do I hold my copy and just send 2?

OMG!!!!! *Scream*:D

I've sent it. Finally, after all this time, I've made my claim against Abbey. I'm excited but utterly petrified. What should I now expect? How long does it take to process? Will they get nasty? Say I've done something horribly wrong? Oh god. Someone pass the wine.........
