Hi guys,

First, brilliant effort with this site - my mum claimed back £3,400 from IF earlier this year.

I plan on helping my girlfriend get her charges back, apparantly Barclays owe her over £4000! My question is, can I claim on her behalf and deal with it?

She wrote to an external agency for them to do it, and they sent a "Letter of Authority" for her to sign to say they were ok to deal with the matter. She's not using them now (they wanted 30%!) so i've just copied the letter and put my name in where the firms name was, and got her to sign it, is that ok?

Will Barclays deal with me if I have a signed document saying I can do it on her behalf? I don't see why not. If it is ok, could I write the cheque for the £10?
