First and foremost check out the the faq's - http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=5

You should be able to get all of the charges back...

If you know what your charges are send the first letter through to FD requesting for them all back... If not send them a DPA request for all the info relating to your account from which you can then calculate everything they owe you.

Have a general browse through the site... There are plenty of others on here in the same situation... Remember you aren't alone... :D

If you have any questions post 'em up here and I'm sure someone will endeavour to assist.

Hi, and welcome!

Please read the FAQ's section before beginning, as you will have a lot to read and take on board first. If you then have any questions which you need answering, please feel free to post again after this.

We are here to help, but ultimately, its your claim and your responsibility!
