04/08 - Conf rec'd from Capital One - sending statements

07/08 - Conf rec'd from Tesco Finance - sending statements,29/08 sent prelim for £282

10/08 - Conf rec'd MBNA - sending statements.02/09 prelim for £437

10/08 - Conf rec'd Morgan Stanley - need to send ID - sent 11/08,rec'd letter offering £96(rejecting), 02/09 prelim for £220- Rec'd £240 few days ago.

MCOL issued 31st aug

offer recieved and rejected 5 sept

second offer recieved 3rd oct

Spicey - you are the man - I am so glad you're on our side! I was feeling down after no response to LBAs on 2 accounts with HSBC, but having read your thread from start to finish (I know its a saturday and I should get a life), I feel totally re-energised and determined!

 

I can tell you are going to win - that is a given with your amazing letter writing and enthusiasm - so I don't need to wish you luck - instead, let me just say ENJOY!

11 Aug 2nd offer made on same account - £500 higher! REJECTED AGAIN

18 AugMoneyclaim submitted for £3848 on main account. ACKNOWLEDGED 23 Aug.

30 Aug Moneclaim prepared for 2nd acc £2389.56

9 Sept RECEIVED OFFER IN FULL SETTLEMENT OF £6134.30:-D :-D :-D

I am new to this forum and have just posted my questions about my own issues.

 

This is the most hilarious thread i have read yet! :D

 

Nearly all of these threads are brilliant and i thought i couldn't read any better until i found this one! HA HA. In its own right, this is pure and magical comedy!

 

If my brain can digest half of your knowledge mate, i'll be happy.

Letter received from the courts today: Defendant filed an acknowledgement of service on 11th August, and indicated an intention to defend all of the claim. Okay, let's see...

Interesting... the funny games they play - I am sure you will receive settlement in full before it ever gets to that point - afterall, as we all know they have no defense - the charges are unlawful!
