black horse charges

Can anyone tell me if I can claim back charges black horse are taking from me for changing my address and most recently to change the date of my dd £25 each,I have not questioned this before until I came on this site.we have moved twice in the 6yrs so total comes to £75,not much I know,but if its possible!!!!!!

If they are providing a service, such as issuing new paperwork and changing addresses, then I doubt you can claim that back.

They haven't issued any new paperwork,only changed my details on the computer. I still dont see how they can justify that.

You could write to them expressing this concern, and that you reuire them to advie exactly what charges they incurred when changing your address. If they didnt then you MIGHT get lucky, but Im not sure either way to be honest!
