yeah i figured it out thanks mate by any chance are you from peterborough. still nervous about getting it all right etc if anybody can please other me good advice it would be much apreicated

just an update heard nothing from lloyds yet guess its just the waiting game now???...

Thats why I said in your previous post you control the timeline.

 

and you are in for the long haul like all of us, it takes quite a while to complete - the Banks like to hang it out see how many of us simply get exhausted or worried or confused and just drop the process. Just stick at it, plug away and read the FAQs

 

btw the post I replied to - that should be in your Abby thread shouldnt it? pm a mod and get it moved... keeps it all together.

Try chasing them up on 0117 943 3133. I know several people have been told that they are innundated with requests and you won't get your information until day 40 or something like that.

well yesterday morning i got a few letters with statements in them and also a nice letter from them saying the understand the reasons why i am claiming back the charges etc.. and if there is any more they can do contact them on etc.. etc.. (there is something they can do give me my money back ha) is that the normal letter they send out then

lloyds have put 750pound in my bank (i onky just opened the letter)

my claim is for 1150pound do i give them the 750 back

really need some help please i need to get in touch with somebody at lloyds tsb regarding my charges/refund the number they have given me is 01264725214 and when ever you ring it it just says we are to busy to take your calls. please help
