Well I've got 14 different accounts I'm gunning for (various institutions)... and Creation (Richards store card) are the first to return with statements. Wow... I thought 10 out of 10 for being prompt. Until I started thumbing through and half of them are missing ... sporadic dates ... so a bit strange. Maybe a stalling game.

I requested statements from 6 years ago up until when my account closed in Nov 2001. There are 3 statements missing from 2001 which I'm eligible to claim on ... plus the strange thing they've sent me my statements from 1999 and 2000?

Should I also claim for any charges during this latter period?:-?

Thanks Martin ... quick update - even though I should start a new thread... would just like to say that Sainsbury's card are also up to the stalling tricks. I read about the possibility of this happening on this site but it still amazes me how unprofessional and incompetent they come across. :o Even though I still have an active account with Sainsbury's ... last statement received a week before I sent SAR they're denying knowing the existence of my account????? What planet are these people on  ... I would suggest to anyone blast them with every conceivable evidence (with SAR) to stop their stalling tactics!! 8-)
