Hi There, not sure if I should post this here as it relates to the DPA request I received from HBOS.

 

I have been defaulted on one (soon to be also the second) account and received all the bumph that comprised the Investors Report. I received my Housing Benefit into account one, then the bank transferred 400 of it into the other 'over-overdraft' account without my knowlege or consent. I was actually in tears with the branch manager trying to sort something out but he just said it was off-setting & the chrges were legitamate...

 

On my Investors Report, the manager has put a waffle in the notes part...

 

'If cust needs to pay rent and needs to discuss arrangements (Overdraft) cust withdrew £100 today but if she needs to pay rent then why is she taking £100 out?'

 

Well, apart from the fact that it's not your place to comment & it's none of your f****** business, I have to give my landlord something. -350 is better than -450 for her. Surely making snidey comments like this aren't allowed?

Well, even if it's deemed fine by them, I'm making sure that all defaults are removed and the rest of the defamatory comments will also be dealt with...

Lloyds Current A/C DPA sent 7th May 2009 Closed and charges wiped Summer 2010.

 

Barclays A/C DPA sent 4th June 2009: no reply, no correspondence as of 2011.

 

Littlewoods Data Protection Act Section 10 sent 09/06/2006 - Fraudulent A/C closed and CRA data removed November 2006.

 

HSBC Default & Debt wiped March 2009 (6 yr Statute barred reached)

 

RBS - Claim 1 - Settled in FULL £766.00 20/06/2006.

RBS - Claim 2 - Settled in FULL £777.95 08/09/2006

 

 

BOS A/C No. 1 & 2

Amount - £586.39 claim plus 8% interest

SETTLED IN FULL 08/09/2006 - CHEQUE FOR £625.25

 

Halifax Visa Data Protection Act Disclosure Received

I temped in a call centre for a short while (not a bank one I hasten to add) as a team leader, and had to send an email to a stff member reminding them to keep their notepad messages professional and to the point. They weren't being defammatory or anything, but their comments had no place in something which was intended to be an accurate account of activity on the account, and, more to the point, as far as the company was concerned, could be requested at any time by the customer.

Simply Be: settled in full

Abbey: Claim issued for DPA compliance order

GE Capital: Claim issued for DPA compliance order

Aktiv Kapital: Failed to comply with CCA disclosure. Debt unenforceable.
