Hiya eve1. I send of my S.A.R on 6th Dec 06. I recieved it today and i am abit confused. I have a lot of Overdraft excess during 2004/5. Can I claim that back at the 8%. i dont have full statements i have prints off Lloyds (now closed account).

Hi

Firstly you don't claim the 8% until you file the court claim.

You can claim back:

o/d excess fees

o/d usuage fees

unpaid dd

unpaid so

unpaid chq

unpaid loans

 

Add these all up, and send the preliminary letter:

Recieved rejection letter today. I think it is funny that they "dont agree with the OFT's thinknig on charges and we're still talking it through with them" Until they have resolved whatever they think they are going to resolve, I and thousands of us will still be claiming and taking you to court.

 

LBA will be sent tomorrow and i think i will update my spreadsheet to include the 8% to show them that i will be adding an extra £453.50 to the claim.

Well done. Keep your cool, follow the CAG guidelines & you'll be fine. Remember to keep a copy of everything that you do. You might need it later.
