  1. Sorry been away. Sent 14 day letter last Saturday 14th June, so clock will start on Tuesday 17th - D Day 01 Jul 08. Fingers crossed.
  2. Please can you help. My OH requested bank charges back 3 months ago and was sent the "on hold" letter" she sent the 14 day letter and put in that they have incurred us hardship - over 1k in 4 months. They wrote telling us, that we should write to the FSA to complain. My OH rang them up and they said, no charges due to the fact that they were unauthorised OD frees, not charges - bit of a shouting match etc. Still nothing. Can anyone advise what to do now please

  11. Stew, you claim after this claim has been settled. (Note. after!!!) then you go throught the procedure again. I also have trouble with my claims (which i have had 2 and currently have 3 ongoing) and i alway drop spaces and remove " etc but never had a problem with £ signs. If it is more than 24 lines long then remove line breaks etc. the lovely people at MCOL redo it before it goes in front f the big man anyway. Hope this helps Last1standing
  12. MCOL sent to today. Fingers crossed
  13. I would claim back as normal and if they change the repayment plan, then they might have broken a contract with you. However, like i said, move the debt after you start the reclaim action. i.e. Send prelim letter, follow up by LBA and court action. They will pay into your bank account halving the debt. Like you said is not a bad thing. It is all theory and there might be other threads on here like the same. I know Sion Lewis has something on his web site about this topic. Last1standing
