Hi,

I sent an LBA to Alliance & Leicester with a 14 day deadline of 12.9.06. They responded saying no, again. I am now in a financial position to start a Moneyclaim (did not have enough cash before - thought i would be ok when i started) - do i need to start the whole process again, or can i start a money claim immediately?

Any advice much appreciated,

Elin

Makes no difference. You have just been extra reasonable in giving them additional time to consider the matter.
