I have posted this message on pepipoo, but thought I would also post here!

Can somebody look at these for me and let me know if the ticket and the sign are legal.

I have read quite alot on this site for the last two days and I am fairly sure I have a good case against these parasites but would feel reasured if somebody with more experience on this matter could give me their opinion.

Thakyou in advance.

ticket should i think, have the word 'Limited' or 'Ltd.' as part of the company name as I don't think it's an 'exempt' company under Chapter 4, sections 1 & 2 of: About Us - Guidance , and Chapter 5 of: About Us - Guidance indicates on what documents that name should be shown... i may be totally wrong about this though.

sign looks ok though...

The ticket states that the registered keeper is responsible for the charge. Why not write back to them, without stating you were the driver of the vehicle, and ask them to provide details of which piece of legislation actually allows them to pursue the registered keeper for parking on private premises:)

As mentioned on the other forum, it says "Non retail park customer parking will be liable to an excess charge of £50", with no mention of any penalty of what happens if you are there spending your money in their shops for more than 90 minutes.
