Hi. Just a quick update.

I posted the sar and other proof of address maybe 8 days ago. Not heard back yet.

How long Should I expect to wait now?

I was thinly to call them and let them know it has been posted but also know nothing is done on the telephone.

Got a big hefty envelope in post. And one small one.

Big one is the SAR from UKPC. They have sent pictures of my vehicle parked at this McDonald.

But interestingly enough sent about 15 other ‘incidents’. I used to run a shop in a shopping centre. And I was told by management I could park under the centre. Long story short is ukpc kept putting tickets on and I refused to take notice. I don’t think these are my concern now. First I’ve heard of these since 2018.

But in regards to this McDonald one what Should I do now. I still beleive they Could have changed the time stamps.

They’ve been caught doing it before.

Interesting at the same time the smaller letter was from DCBL.

Have they been talking together ?

It was another invoice.

DCBL using extreme language like ‘Supreme

Court’ 😂

I can’t seem to upload jpg picture here.

They were meant to include contract and planning permission??

It is an old vehicle I don’t own.

And I was I was informed by manager of the mall it was ok to park

When I started getting pcn in window it was clear there was an issue.

But it was either park there or drive 10 mins out of town every day so 25 mins just to park vehicle.

As far as I was aware these were dead.

I have no intention of paying these old ones.

Or ideally this last one for which the thread title is.

As I can be sure they have changed the time stamps.

That is related.
I have the sheets which shows van in situ. I’ll have to go library and use scanner

I am guessing the other 10 to 12 incidents of older vehicle are dead now.

Cause I have never received any invoices from dirty DCBL about that. And I’d go to hell before I pay them

anyway.

I’ll look in the huge mound of paper they sent but everything was in date order. Those older vehicle ones has scans of long thin papers. Possibly pcn?
But nothing if the like for this lost recent one.

whej I get in I’ll remove tape and only hide what you said and RE scan

sorry I botched this a bit. Here is the sheet.

Arrival. 18.10.2019.  07.38am.

Depart. 18:10.2019. 09.25.

1 hour 47 minute in total. Which is in excess of maximum allowed time of 1 hour 30.

I received all of these new sheets recently on 6th December 2022.

Looking on these mosaics of mine. They were sent out 24th October 2019.

I am going to call McDonald’s now. See what they say. Probably to no avail. Tho I am sure I had mechanical issues at that time.

I’ve called McDonald’s. Gave me email. Said they may be able to help.
let’s see what they do.

Hi I think the term is back door ccj.

Moved address without informing.

1 year later found out I had a ccj.

There is a thread but can’t find it.

On phone and this app is a bit dinky with mobile.

Same situation.

Parking on private land.

Someone did mention I may be able to get removed but need to pay £285 or something and it’s not a given.

So as it is looks like I’m safe from another ccj. I’ve sent that to manager.  Need to email ceo. Might even get Ronald McDonald involved.

  • 3 weeks later...

He never got back to my strong email telling me it's well within his right to help me with this and drop charges, he said as it's gone to debt collection nothing he can do. Which is rubbish, I called 2 times but wasn't in.. before xmas... I will try again today now!
