Car was untaxed for 2 days (no reminder sent) and used on roads; can I be fined as I have now paid tax which is backdated to the start of the month?

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

they cant fine you - its a summary charge.

you still owned the car for a period untaxed, regardless to it being back dated.

you dont see them act much outside of a full year unless its part of whats found out if someone drives uninsured, DnD/accidents etc etc.

forget it
