short ans is no.

 

there are some very very good water repellent products.

 

i have about 150yrds of wall just like yours on a fast straight road leading to a 90dec turn at the end of the run outside my entire property.

 

i use

works a treat and very very to use 
i spray it about 3 times a year
water runs straight off
it protects the integrity of the joins as well.

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
