Personally, I would report your car as stolen and in the report state Jack’s business address (where your car has obviously been stolen from!!!)

Also, this is Jack Wilkinson’s number (I believe he is the owner of the business): 07496 028098 and this is Jack’s wife, Jennifer’s number: +44 7908 672220

 

Your car should be at this address, obviously it isn’t (or wasn’t, as you have received this fine).

 

If you report it as stolen from 169UK address, then the police will look into it and hopefully you’ll get your car back.

 

If for any reason they had taken it out of the garage, they would have used trade plates and therefore you would not have received the fine.

 

Everything about this company is fishy!!!

I never had any contact with Lee, so I can’t be certain. I know that Jack is the owner though.

Your concern about your car rusting away is probably a genuine concern. Our Discovery was there for over 12 months and when he finally got it MOT’d , it came up with multiple issues of rusting under the vehicle. It was clean when he took it.
