According to Compamies House there is a transport company called Domvic Express Ltd of which Wiktor Kliszka is the sole Director (occupation: Driver)

Is this the company? Do you remember whether whether you contracted with Domvic Express Ltd or with Wiktor Kliszka personally?

 

Wiktor Kliszka's address is on that Companies House link, an address in Willenhall.  Looking at Google Maps it appears to be this block of flats.  I would guess he is essentially operating a one person business from his home.

Royal Mail Address Finder confirms that the postcode WV13 2NW applies solely to the block of flats called The Pinnacle which I linked in Google Street View earlier, and that the street address of the block of flats is 50 Gomer Street.

 

So we're talking about the same place but you have been given two different flat numbers in that building, Flat 22 and Flat 33. Both exist according to Address Finder. You may need to do more research to find which is correct, or he may have both of them. 

 

If in doubt I'd go with Flat 22 as that is the legal service address for him as Director and the Registered Office of his company recorded at Companies House.

How have you been trying to contact him?

 

Oddly I came across this for Domvic Express Ltd on a Greek Facebook page which gives both an email and a mobile number for them.  May or may not still be current. Has them located in Oldbury because that's where they were until a few months ago.

As Shiply say in their t&c they are not a broker or intermediary [***] you made your contract direct with the transport guy. So try to contact him direct, don't rely on Shiply. Ask Shiply for all the contact details they have for this guy, phone, email. And try the ones on that Greek Facebook page in case they are still working.
