Mbna would have defaulted you upon or before sale to idem.

a debt buyer simply has their name replace the previous owner..

there is no way to remove a default and as long as the new owner does not change the defaulted date from that registered by the original creditor, they have done nothing wrong.

send mbna an sar, that will get you everything.. find out the true date of the default notice .

A single default should not hurt even a prime lender mortgage.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

No get the truth first

Get a proper mortgage advisor too or go directly to a prime lender yourself. You don't need him

If MBNA took months to register a default notice then you might have cause to get it moved. But you need the true data.

Typically a dn should be issued 3-6mts into a reduced payment arrangement but those ico guidelines were changed in 2014 .

If hoist or idem have changed the original date of the default registered by MBNA, they are in hot water
