Where do these guys come from. They appear to think they are performing a public service by having their members rip off motorists.

They allege " Lower parking charges will strongly reduce the effectiveness of parking enforcement.  "  No doodoo, Sherlock. But that is the whole point of the new legislation. The BPA idea of parking enforcement is to squeeze every last penny out of as many motorists as they can regardless of the customers that they drive away.

 

They prophesy that  "A quarter of currently managed private parking spaces will no longer be managed ". Well that is good news for the motorists-just a shame that the numbers aren't more. I expect that will come in time since more motorists will be able to avoid the parking crooks so putting even more out of business.

 

They complain that without their rip off guys car parks will become congested and nobody will be able to park there. All that means is that motorists will return to car parks that are free from the crooks benefitting the businesses again. we all managed very well before the crooks came in so I have no doubt we will manage very well without their alleged "help".
