You should probably come down until you know that things have gone wrong.

However, did they provide a label for you which you then applied to the parcel?

If they did then I expect that you will find that the label had a barcode and a tracking code on it.

Did you take a copy of that label? Do you have a copy in an email or something? If you locate the tracking number then you will be able to understand its progress.

As a matter of interest – why did you you return the item to Currys?

As long as you followed the retailers instructions for the return – to the letter – then you should have no problems.

I notice you haven't told us why you returned it. Is there a reason for this?

If you are simply returning the item under distance selling rules then there probably won't be any problem.

If there had been a defect then they could easily have been a problem because this is when Currys PC world start to get very stupid about their customers consumer rights
