EVRi stolen my parcel - Court Claim Issued

I rang them and told them as i wont able to attend calll 8 to 9 but 9 to10am i will be fine so they put notes for meditation to ring me 9am rather then 8am.

 

Have to read my file what i attached EVRi respond?

 

Basic point parcel swapped label and put label on just envelope to post 

 

I. got cctv evidence what i drop on EVRi and what they post for just next day delivery.

 

2 . They declared my parcel was lost. Its uninsured but i declared the value £750 as its new £1350 put value as 2nd hand. 

 

3. Parcel sold on ebay on February .

How i knew it as my item has be registered to manufacture to use it so they told new register user registered it as told us he bought from ebay. If i want his personal information i have to request by law legally.  Like police can request that information. I told this police but they haven't done anything and told me to go to small claims court. I have told this to EVRi but i never get response as well.

 

I got all emails and footage to show them and i always ask them to find my item and return me.

Now we are waiting what happened in meditation.
