The best letter to send is a CCA request to Arrow if they have referred to an agreement number...that will keep them quiet for a while.

CCA request goes to Arrow...cant email because there is a £1 fee to enclose.

Ignore Resolve completely...deal with the organ grinder.

 

SAR is a Subject Access Request for all your DATA click the underlined link.

 

Check your credit files to see if this debt is still showing.

That's positive then if you have not acknowledged or made payment within 6 years. If it is the same debt Resolve refer to it mostly probably is statute barred.....however I would still send the CCA request first its not an acknowledgment of the debt.

 

With regards to Arrow stating not to contact them.....ignore it...managed means zilch...organ grinder not the monkey.
