'm standing for the recovery of the parking charge and i would like your help in getting this sorted.  

 

you'll see from the images that the roads in canary wharf are all restricted and the signage doesnt indicate where you can park.

 

i also think its a money making racket especially when in that area there is harcly traffic jams and very few cars around. at 04:30

 

there is practically not a car in sight. so what is the reason for these over the top parking restrictions?

 

i havent responded to these letters at all.
