A good friend of mine can technically get evicted from his own flat, if he fails to pay the £250 or so ground rent per year.  
 

This is so ridiculous it’s beyond words

We could do with some help from you.

We almost went down that rabbit hole with a new build. And not to forget the ridiculous maintenance fee timebomb.

 

Thankfully we pulled out of the sale and ended up buying an 80’s built freehold house. A much better  (and cheaper) buy.
