Hi,

One Savings Bank have appointed an LPA receiver over a property I own.  The loan was up to date, all payments were made on time, every time. They say there is a defect in the lease but are not telling me what the defect is or giving me the opportunity to put it right if this alleged defect is actually a defect at all. So they issued a formal demand for the full amount and then a week later LPA receivers were appointed.

My question is - the appointment letter OSB have sent me is not signed by the LPA receivers, only by the Bank - does this mean its not valid? And if so can I use to get them out and if so how?

Many thanks for any help.
