Engage Credit Mortgage fees spreadsheet

Hello all, been a CAG user, browser for years now. Fell into some mortgage arrears with my mortgage and they've applied numerous charges,fees etc. Is there a specific spreadsheet I can use to  calculate the full amount they have applied? I have looked and looked, but can't seem to find one. Am I also correct in saying you are  unable to reclaim solicitor's fees?

I would suspect engage are not the original creditor either

have you all the statements from day one?

 

it would be the CISHEET but you might find the statint sheet gives you more

 

but your 1st big hurdle will be them even agreeing to refund them.

Sorry for jumping onto the post, I'm looking to calculate mortgage arrears charges too but I cant find the spreadsheets for doing this, the new layout has me confused!  Any ideas?

Thanks dx100uk. You are indeed correct, the original lender was Future Mortgages.

 

I have every statement, Engage sent me them without me even taking the statutory fee.

 

There's been communication between us, always in writing, 

and they haven't said no to any refund,

they've asked me to write to them with

'what I think the total amount of charges are ',

they also stated in their letter that Solicitors fees can't be considered. 

 

I've tried opening said spreadsheet, but I get a 404 error, I'll certainly try the other one though, thanks for the reply.

 

 I've had a look at the spreadsheets on page1 of CAG.

They all 'appear' to be related to PPI claims, 

I may just be missing something,

but could you point me in the right direction with regards the mortgage charges spreadsheet.

if you've not got MSoffice then install open office as it describes you to do

I've just downloaded Msofffice, so that should get ridda the 404.
