Amex want a 'Notice of Discontinuance' ?????

Hi,

 

I've successfully claimed against AMEX and they've paid in full within two days of the MCOL action being served. In the letter that came with the full payment they have asked that i complete the 'Notice of Discontinuance' form, send it to the court and send a copy to them at their executive office. I brought the action online so how do i satisfy their request ????? i was thinking of writing to the court telling them of AMEX's full payment and asking for the action to be withdrawn and copy this letter to AMEX, would this be enough ???? or will they want more...........

Strange - go onto HMCS and look for forms and publications - type in notice of discontinuance and bobs your uncle.
