court says I must arrange a telephone hearing???????

I have received a Notice of Hearing from from the Watford County Court.

 

It says 10 minutes have been allocated for the hearing and that the hearing will take place by way of a telephone conference and that I must arrange the telephone hearing.

 

How do I arrange a telephone hearing??????

 

What do I say that will take 10 minutes????

 

has anyone else had a telephone hearing?

nope I haven't sorry but I'm sure someone hear will be able to help. I have set up a 3 way conference over the telephone for a different matter and it was not to difficult, most phones know have the facility to deal with this type of call. please keep us in formed

I have not come across this so far, however Im sure someone has.

 

If I were you I would call the court directly as they must deal with these often and ask them to explain what they mean, how they are normal arranged and see if they can confirm why a telephone hearing has been arranged in this instance?

Only just found your thread so hope you can help with some info.

I have a telephone allocation hearing to arrange for 22/01/07 (against Abbey)

I have been trying to find out who arranges this; the bank or myself (I believe I would have to being the claimant but have been told that as Abbey are such a big institution etc it may fall to them)

Any relevent details much appreciated
