Hi,

First post on here but i have been looking and geeting as much advise andknowledge as possible.

Anyway sent FD my first letter stating that they owed me £2222.00 in charges and please refund. Return letter was standard trash - part 2 operating your account Blah blah blah. Sent second request and got a similar letter back from Mr R Kernaghan.

I had a quick look at money claim but being honest it is going over my head this bit. Is there a more simple version. i really need an idiots guide for it.

Also how come FD will acknowledge peoples claims instanly and refuse others. Its really strange. its making wonder if i am right to request my money back?

Any advice would help please.:|

Thanks

Leah

Did you send them the letters from the templates in the library? I'm surprised they offered you zilch if you did. I've read various offerings, but it seems they make you work for it if it's a larger amount. I'm claiming close to £500 and got offered over £300 straight off.

If you didn't use the templates you might want to start again... if so then 14 days after your LBA you need to be starting your moneyclaim.

Templates can be found here:
