Yes I noticed that, the phrasing is really quite bizarre, left me a little perplexed more than anything. If it was intended to frighten or bully then they missed the point entirely.

 

I'll put this with the others and see what - if anything turns up next (probably "court action imminent - you could lose your job, house, kids, dog, cat, fish, marbles" or some such cobblers)... what a saga.

Now how about this:- Just received a "recommendation" to pass this on to a litigation department from their solicitor, and guess what, the costs have miraculously increased to £221!

Apologies for the daft question (as a newbie), but how do we expect this to end for trafalgar? Do we expect ES Parking Enforcement to give up on the basis they do not know who the driver is?

the only method these companies have of making any money is to tell lies and try and intimidate people into paying. Many people pay up so they usually give up on the very recalcitrant ones but occasionally they try their luck at court and lose just about every defended claim. No chance of winning this one, too many errors on their part so they will stick to scary letters.

The sad thing is these bandits have been given the job of assessing

the backlog of POPLA appeals that were left over when the local authorities stopped doing the work.

 

 

How can they claim to be impartial when their main source of income is chasing

after the very same people who may cut off their income stream.

A quick - update to say, well, nothing really - no more letters have arrived since the last post and so I assume they have simply given up.

 

I'll post again if anything arrives - but it's been more than a month so hopefully that's that.

My Formal Letter of Claim has now come through from Wright Hassall. I will ignore this one as well.

 

Hopefully they will give up now. Let's hope ES Parking Enforcement become a distant memory!
