We received an email yesterday in respect of this company. The person provided his name, but no return email address in order for us to respond. If you see this message, please do register on CAG - it is Free and update this thread.

 

 

 

Use this company i would not again they don't phone you laugh at you and

think you are stupid. They have no idea of what insurance is they think you

should pay for your own repair unless you use one of there approved

repairers which will invalidate your warranty.

 

Been to the FOS no joy yet

appealing out of seven complaints i won oh zero i thought a £400.00 excess

was that but no mine went to £957.00 when i was forced by there tactics to

use Mercedes main dealer as was told there nearest repairer was 350 miles

away can any one help also had a loan car brought to my door no charge to

them they refused to insure it .I think this is the worst car insurance

company ever.
